Charles William Shackelford "Billy", 48 of Lake Placid went to be with his Lord suddenly due to a heart attack on Thursday October 1, 2015 at the Florida Hospital Lake Placid. Billy was born on April 25, 1967 in Titusville, FL. Billy has been a resident of Lake Placid since 1969. The family would like to thank his friends, especially Mike; the three teams of emergency responders who applied CPR, although through there valiant efforts were unable resuscitate Billy.
