Bonnie Lorraine Ladwig, 81, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday evening December 22, 2020 at the AdventHealth Sebring Hospital. Bonnie was born on December 11, 1939 in Milwaukee, WI. She was the daughter of Lorraine (Wintermuth) and Addison Albert Adams. Bonnie has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past 17 years, moving here from Racine, WI. She was a retired State Representative in the State of Wisconsin. Bonnie was an active member at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Lake Placid. She enjoyed quilting, going to the local craft shows and volunteering to help out in the local community events. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years E. James, daughters; Linda Hoover, Laura Dale, son; James Ladwig, 7 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a sister; Penny Bullock. A celebration of Bonnie's life will take place at a later date.
