Arthur T. Hildebrand, 85, passed away on 9 October, 2015 in Sebring, FL. He was born in Boston, MA in 1930. In 1970 he retired as a Captain after a 22-year career in the United State Marine Corps, with service in both the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. Upon completion of his military service, Art embarked on a second 30-year career in real estate in Norfolk, VA. Upon retirement, Art spent his golden years between Outer Banks of North Carolina and South Florida. Art was predeceased by his loving wife of 55 years, Becky, in 2013. He is survived by his stepson Michael Rogers (Carol) of Lake Placid, FL, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition, Art will be missed by his extended family of godchildren and lifelong friends from a life well lived. He was a long serving member of the Episcopalian Church, most recently Saint Andrews Church in Lake Worth, FL where he was active in the church Vestry and Altar Guild. Services will be held at a future time. The family requests that in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made in his remembrance to either the Good Sheppard Hospice of Sebring, 1110 Hammock Rd, Sebring, FL 33870 or St Andrews Church, 100 N Palmway, Lake Worth, FL 33460.
