Anna R. Cressman went home to be with the Lord on All Saints Day, November 1, at the age of 98, in Sebring. She was a resident of Lake Placid, and formerly Sebring, and Union Hall, VA. Born in Millville, New Jersey, she graduated from Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia, PA, and was a registered nurse. She was married to the Rev. Charles P.Cressman who preceded her in death in 2006.Anna is survived by her three children: Philip (Linda) Cressman of Union Hall, VA; Judy (Bill) Monsma of Lakewood, Ohio, and Sun City, FL; and Lois King (Eugene Longo) of Lake Placid. She also has seven grandchildren, including Beth (Christopher) Tomblin of Sebring, and 13 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, at 11:00 am at First Presbyterian Church, Oak Ave, Lake Placid, with the Rev. Ray Cameron officiating. Interment will take place at the columbarium of St. John's Lutheran Church in Roanoke, VA.
