Angela Marie Colon "Angel", 55 of Lake Placid, FL went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at her residence. Angel was born on January 29, 1970, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and she was the daughter of Phyllis Jean (Strickland) and William Earl Hamilton. Angel has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past five years, moving here from Nashville, Tennessee. She was a human resource specialist with Vitas Hospice. Angel was of the Baptist faith who enjoyed relaxing in her pool, helping people in need and she love to be with her family and friends especially time with her grandchildren whenever they could get together. She is survived by her loving husband Manny, daughter, Sara, son, Ted, stepdaughter, Kendyl, stepson, Manny, three grandchildren Adelynn. Carlie, Rhett, sister, Tina and a brother, Bill. Manny would like to extend his heartfelt gratitude to Vitas Healthcare and their staff for the compassionate and dignified care they provided to Angel Marie and the gentle support they offered to our family during those final hours.
