Alex Keefer, 69, of Leeds Point, NJ, passed away on October 7, 2023 at his home in Lake Placid, Florida surrounded by his family after a courageous 3 year battle with prostate cancer. Alex was born on February 25, 1954. He graduated Oakcrest High School in 1972. In June 1974 Alex married Denise, the love of his life. They shared over 50 years of love and memories with a fairytale marriage that everyone dreams of. You never saw one without the other. Alex and Denise moved to Lake Placid Florida in 2001 and enjoyed road trips (taking the back way), spending time growing old together, and watching their grandchildren grow. Alex is survived by his "Hon" Denise, his daughter Shannon "Weezie" (Dan, I'm down!) their sons Conner (Kadyne), and Logan. A son, Alan Keefer (Mary) of Lake Placid, and their children Olive and Liam. Alex is also survived by his twin brothers Jim and Frank Keefer, along with many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Alex's wishes the family will celebrate his life privately. Adventure is out there....
